We will refund your jewelry if it does not suit you. You have 14 days after receiving your purchase to return your jewelry to us.

The conditions to be met to return your Bangles to us:
- Not having worn or damaged the jewelry.
- Have kept the product label of the jewel.
- Return the jewel to us in its original packaging.
- Contact our customer service at the email address mail@bangle-up.com specifying your order number and your first and last name.

WHAT SIZE OF BANGLE TO CHOOSE?

Are you about to fall for one of our jewelry pieces but you don't know what size bracelet to choose? Don't worry, discover our complete guide to choosing the size of bangle that suits you.

Step 1: measure your wrist

- Take a flexible wire (or a strip of paper) and a graduated ruler.
- Go around your wrist with this thread and cut it when you have made a complete turn.
- Measure the size of the wire you have just cut using your graduated ruler.

Step 2: find the size that suits me

At bangle up, we offer several sizes:
- Size 1: corresponds to a wrist circumference between 14cm and 16cm.
- Size 2: corresponds to a wrist circumference between 16cm and 18cm.

One size: corresponds to a size 1.

ARE YOU HESITATION BETWEEN TWO SIZES?

If your wrist size is between two sizes, you can choose the smaller size so that your bracelet fits more snugly, or the larger size if you prefer to wear it looser.
