DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 At bangle up, we are wholly dedicated to ensuring you enjoy a smooth path to purchase. From the moment you choose the bangle you’ve fallen in love with, to placing your order, to delivery, our team is committed to providing you with the very best customer experience

DELIVERY

  • Our delivery conditions:

If you place your order via our website before 8 am (Paris time), it is shipped the next day. For any orders placed after 8 am, these may be shipped the day after that (next day plus one).* *excluding French public holidays and weekends *excluding international orders

Example 1: You place your order on a Tuesday morning at 7 am and choose delivery by Colissimo. Your order is processed the same day and collected by Colissimo on Wednesday. Given the Colissimo delivery times stated below, you should receive it the following Friday or Saturday.

Example 2: You place your order on a Tuesday morning at 8.50 am and choose delivery by Colissimo. Your order is processed the next day, Wednesday, and collected by Colissimo on Thursday morning. Given the Colissimo delivery times stated below, you should receive it the following Saturday or Monday (as Sunday is not a business day).

For international orders, the processing time is slightly longer, and you should expect an additional 24 hours for your order to be prepared by our logistics coordinator. So, if you place your order via our website before 8 am (Paris time), it is shipped the day after the day you place the order (next day plus one). For any international orders placed after 8 am, it is possible these will shipped two days later.* *excluding French public holidays and weekends

  • Our delivery options:
      • MONDIAL RELAY :

Mondial Relay shipments are made from Tuesday.

- For Metropolitan France only : When you place the order, you can opt for delivery by Mondial Relay. This takes 4 to 5 working days for France. These deadlines are to be taken into account once your order has been processed by our logistician.

- For metropolitan France and Corsica, for all orders for which the amount is less than €80, the Mondial Relay shipping costs amount to €4,90 .

- For mainland France and Corsica only, for all orders over €80, Mondial Relay shipping costs are free.

Good to know: When you opt for the Mondial Relay delivery option for your order, the choice of the relay point is made once payment for your purchase has been made!

      • COLISSIMO :

- Applies to mainland France only: When you place your order, you can opt for delivery by Colissimo. This takes 3 to 4 business days for France. These times apply only once your order has been processed by our logistics coordinator.

- For mainland France and Corsica, Colissimo delivery charges of €6.90 apply to all orders under €80.

- For mainland France and Corsica only, Colissimo delivery is free of charge for all orders over €80.

      • TNT :

- Applies to mainland France only: When you place your order, you can also choose delivery by TNT at a cost of €18, with guaranteed delivery within 48 business hours, provided that your order has been placed before 8 am on the same day (excluding French public holidays and weekends).

 

      • DHL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL  :

For all countries outside France, orders are now shipped by DHL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL only. Prices vary according to the zone in which the destination country for your order is listed. For countries in the European Union and Europe, shipping takes 3 to 4 business days. For the rest of the world, it takes between 5 and 6 business days provided that your order is not held up in customs. These times apply only once your order has been processed by our logistics coordinator.

Shipping costs vary according to the zone in which the destination country for your order is listed. These prices are calculated when you place your order and indicate the destination country for delivery.

For information purposes only, DHL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipping rates are as follows:

- European Union: €18

- Wider European Union, other European countries and Switzerland: €30

- Rest of the world: between €30 and €40 depending on the destination country.

Please remember that these prices are indicative and may change depending on the destination country specified when you place your order. Thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT DUTIES AND OTHER TAXES:

  • For orders destined for a country outside the European Union, additional costs such as customs duties, taxes/VAT or other import costs related to the customs clearance of your bangle up order in the country of residence of the recipient, in accordance with local regulations may apply.
  • Customs duties and taxes/VAT are not included in the price of the products you buy on the bangle up e-shop and remain the responsibility of the end customer. We recommend our customers to check these elements before validating their order for a country outside the E.U.

  • All bangle up orders blocked in customs and for which customers cannot or would like to pay the payment to recover their order, will be automatically returned by DHL to bangle up. bangle up will then refund the items of the order, the shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded to him.
  • What should you do if your order doesn’t arrive?

Don’t panic! If your order seems to be delayed, contact Customer Services by email at mail@bangle-up.com, and we’ll do our best to sort it :-)

If your order is a gift, we strongly recommend that you anticipate plenty of time for delivery, it’s better to be safe than sorry :-)

If your order is a gift to be sent to an address in France:
Bangle lovers, please place your order 7 to 8 days in advance to make sure your parcel arrives on time.

If your order is a gift to be sent to an international address:
Bangle lovers, please place your order 10 to 12 days in advance to make sure you receive your parcel in time.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Our return and exchange policy
        • Time limits for returns

    - Don’t worry, be happy. We’ll refund your jewellery if you aren’t satisfied with it. When you place an order on our website, you have a period of 30 days following receipt of your purchase (date as per postmark) within which to return your jewellery.

      Returns are at the customer’s expense. 

          • Conditions that apply to jewellery returns

      If you decide to return your bangle up jewellery, it is important to respect the following conditions, otherwise we won’t be able to refund your order:

      - The jewellery should not have been worn or damaged

      - The jewellery should still have its label with it

      - You should return the jewellery in its original packaging

      - You should return the jewellery with the delivery note that you received with the order

          • Exchanging bangle up jewellery 

      At bangle up, we don’t operate standard exchanges via our website (www.bangle-up.com), but we’ll systematically refund your order.

      For a new bracelet size, a different model or colour, you just have to pop along to our e-shop and place another order! At the same time, please follow our returns procedure for the jewellery you don’t wish to keep so that we can refund you.

      For all orders under €80 with a destination address in mainland France, please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping, which is paid by the customer.

      For all orders with a destination address in mainland France shipped by TNT, we do not refund the cost of shipping, which is paid by the customer.

      For all orders with an international destination address (Europe, French Overseas Departments and Territories, the rest of the world) we do not refund the cost of shipping, which is paid by the customer.

        

      • How should you return your jewellery?
          • The procedure to follow:

      - To make a return request, please contact our Customer Services at the following email address: mail@bangle-up.com. Remember to include your order number, your first name and your surname. So that we can improve our products and the quality of service experienced by our e-shop customers, please let us know the reason why you wish to return or exchange your jewellery :-) It helps us a lot.

      - Customer Services will tell you how to return your jewellery

       - As soon as we receive your return, our team will refund of your order. For all orders under €80 or shipped by TNT, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

          • Refunds

       - Please allow a fortnight from the moment we receive your return at our workshop for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email when the refund has been paid. You may have to wait two or three days after receiving the email for the sum to appear in your bank account.

      - Please note: when we refund your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded and must be paid by you, the customer.

      Information relating to returns or exchanges for orders placed at one of our department store concessions or at a stockist boutique.

      If you purchased a bangle-up product from one of our internet retailers or in a physical shop, return, exchange or refund requests should not be made to bangle-up Customer Services but to the customer services of the retailer where you bought your jewellery.
